The board of the EUBGF (European Backgammon Federation), chaired by its president Denmark’s Steen Grønbech, has been working hard over the past year and at its last Annual General Assembly voted in its formal statutes (constitution) and official tournament rules, which fully mirror the UKBGF Rules.
UK Team Selection for the European Team Championships
The time has come to select the UK Team for the prestigious European Team Championships to be held in Copenhagen in September 2016. I have been appointed Captain of the UK Team by the UKBGF – a position I hold with pride as well as a certain amount of trepidation – so team selection is my next task.
